As usual we managed to restrict the Computer Lab to a pretty small total, Colin Anderson (2/20) returning the best bowling figures. The familiar pattern of the easy run chase wasn't repeated, however, with wickets being lost at extremely frequent intervals and not too many runs being scored. It started badly with Nick Clarke being run out without facing a ball, and then one of the opposition's bowlers managed to return figures of 4/3 off his 4 overs. As we slipped to an inglorious defeat at least Ev Fox (33) and Faruk Kara (16*) managed to save the team from the indignity of being bowled out.
