Report by Daniel Mortlock:
The intriguingly named Woozlers Wandering Cricket Club came to town today and, aside from being well-beaten by the rampaging Remnants team, revealed that their bizarre moniker came about because "no-one could think of a name" (clearly a lie, as someone thought of "Woozlers").
The cricket proceeded as per usual: Phil Watson put the opposition in; we kept them to a low score; and then we got the required runs with ease. The bowling was headed up by Paul Jordan (1/6 off 4 economical overs) and Dave Rowson (1/9 off 4 almost as economical overs); the batting stars were Nick Clarke (35 run out) and Dave Willimas (28*), with some lusty hitting from Dave Green (7) as well.
